We offer flat-rate shipping for international shipments.
You can order as many products as you wish at the same price.

OCEANIA: 2,000 yen
NORTH & CENTRAL AMERICA: 2,000 yen
EUROPE: 2,000 yen
MIDDLE EAST: 2,000 yen
SOUTH AMERICA: 3,000 yen

- Orders up to 10,000 yen: 500 yen
- Orders above 10,000 yen: Free
All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
You should receive a confirmation email along with tracking info once your item has been prepared for shipment.
After your package has been prepared for shipment, it may take some time for the post office to pick it up and scan it.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of few things:
- Your order was never actually placed and processed
- You have entered an incorrect email address with your order
- It has gone to your spam folder
Please check your spam folder too in case there's no sign of the confirmation email.
Depending on the distance it usually takes 4-15 days for the package to arrive to your address from the date of shipment.
However, please note that customs procedures, holidays, and other obstacles on the way might delay the arrival of the package up to 30 days and more.
Yes! The package will be delivered directly to the address you’ve given during the checkout process.
However, please note that, depending on the country, a postal service may attempt the delivery to your address only once. After this your package may be held by the local postal office or customs. In this case to proceed with the delivery of your package, please contact your local post office and give them your tracking number.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
Unfortunately, Drible Japan Co., Ltd. (DESPORTE) has no control over these charges.
Drible Japan Co., Ltd. (DESPORTE) has no way of knowing what these charges may be, as these charges are determined by the customs.
All unused items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All gift and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
